Assalammualaikum .
٣x “اللَّهُمَّ نَجِّحْنَا فِي الاِمْتِحَانَات فِي الدُّنْيَا والآخِرَة”
“Allahumma najjihna fil-imtihanat fid-dunya wal-akhirah" x3
which means, “O Allah, make us succeed in the examinations in this dunya and the akhirah”.
When you are in the examination room, before you flip open the exam paper, read du’a. Pray to Allah to ease all of your affairs, to open your heart, and to ease your mind. Then read “wa sallallahu ‘ala sayyidina Muhammad wa ‘ala alihi wa sahbihi wa sallim”.
Read bismillah when flipping the paper.
When you are writing your answers and you find one or two difficult questions, or you simply forgot what the answer to the question is, pray to Allah to help you remember. “Allahumma zakkirni ma nasiitu" which means, "O Allah, help me to remember what i have forgotten". Then move on to the easier questions before looking back at the difficult ones.
After the invigilator or your teacher has collected your paper, you can read “Ya Rabbi tammim bil-kheir”. Which means, “O Allah, end it with goodness”. And most importantly, tawakkal ‘alallah. Continue to read du’a after that.
Always remember that the results that you get is not solely from your hardwork, but it’s with His will and Mercy as well. :)
Ask for your parents’ du’a too!
May it be beneficial to all :)
wAllahu a’lam bissowab.
